Below you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about my catering services. Q: What services do you offer?

A: I provide personal chef services, event catering for intimate gatherings and celebrations, and select rental items such as tables, chairs, linen and serving pieces.

 

Q: How do I book your services?

A: Simply fill out the contact form or booking request on my website. I’ll follow up to discuss your event details, check availability, and provide a custom quote.

 

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: For personal chef services, 1–2 weeks’ notice is ideal. For catering or events, I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due 5 days before your event.

Q: Can I customize the menu?

A: Absolutely. All menus are tailored to your preferences, dietary needs, and event style. I’ll work with you to create something that fits your vision.

 

Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A: Yes, I can accommodate most dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly options. Just let me know during our consultation.

Q: What’s included in personal chef services?

A: I handle everything from menu planning and grocery shopping to cooking and cleanup. It’s a restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of your home.

 

Q: Do you offer weekly meal prep or planning?

A: I don’t offer recurring meal prep or meal planning services at this time, but I’m happy to create a one-time in-home dining experience or special occasion meal.

A: I specialize in intimate events like micro weddings, private dinners, celebrations, and small gatherings. My focus is on high-quality, personalized service.

 

Q: What rentals do you provide?

A: I offer select rentals, including dinnerware, glassware, serveware, and linens. Let me know what you need—we’ll make sure everything looks seamless.

 

Q: Do you provide staff for events?

A: Staffing is available for select events, depending on your needs and guest count. I’ll include those details in your custom quote if needed.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: I’m based in Orange County and serve the surrounding area. Travel outside this region may be available for an additional fee.

 

Q: Is cleanup included?

A: Yes, cleanup of the kitchen and service areas is included in all services. I’ll leave your space just as I found it—if not better!

Q: What information do you need to provide a quote?

A: To provide an accurate quote, we'll need the following:

  • Date and time of event

  • Location

  • Type of service (e.g. catering, personal chef, rentals)

  • Guest count

  • Preferred menu or dietary restrictions

  • Any rentals or special requests

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept:

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash/Personal Checks

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: They are as follows:​

​

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance may transfer the deposit to a future booking (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are subject to loss of deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours may be charged the full balance, especially if ingredients or rentals have already been secured.

 

 

Q: Can I reschedule my event?

A: Yes, rescheduling is possible depending on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid penalties. Reschedule requests made with at least 7 days’ notice are typically accommodated without extra charge.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on final payments are handled on a case-by-case basis if there are extenuating circumstances.
